I have this config

acl All src 0/0
acl Manager proto cache_object
acl Localhost src
acl Safe_ports port 80 21 443 563 70 210 280 488 591 777 1025-65535
acl AuthorizedUsers proxy_auth REQUIRE
acl boos_list dstdomain "/etc/squid/bo_sites"
acl boos_list_ip dst "/etc/squid/bo_sites_ip"
acl CP_Network src
acl unrestricted proxy_auth "/etc/squid/allowed_users"
acl sites proxy_auth "/etc/squid/allowed_sites"

http_access allow Manager Localhost
http_access deny Manager
http_access deny !Safe_ports
http_access deny block_users
http_access allow all AuthorizedUsers
http_access allow unrestricted sites
http_access allow all Full_Access
http_access allow CP_Network bo_list
http_access allow CP_Network bo_list_ip
http_access deny All

With this, a user in the file allowed_users (jefftest) can only access
the sites in bo_list and not the allow_sites list. I am almost sure
that my proxy_auth works because if I login local to the machine it
will ask for a username and password. Once I enter a Network login and
password I am able to access the sites in bo_list.

ntlm_auth --username=jefftest
NT_STATUS_OK: Success (0x0)

Why won't my proxy_auth work...
