because you seem have some insight with benchmarking, can you tell me,
what tools to use (and describe a bit how to use them, for example give
some command lines), I can run some tests and report the results here
(or even set up a web-page). I have spare P4 2,4GHz (no HT) with 512MB
to do the benchmarking.
