Which Squid version?

Why httpd_accel_port 0?

And are you sure you want httpd_accel_host virtual? This is not about
domain-based virtual hosts but IP based virtual hosts.

The hostname should be the hostname the clients requests (or what is
logged in access.log), not the actual hostname.
