Hi All.

Does anyone know how to get the ERR_ACCESS_DENIED page to display which ACL
prevented the client from accessing a web page?
I know I can crank up debugging, but this generates larger logfiles which is
undesirable....

I know that %U is the variable assigned to the banned URL, %W refers the the
email address of the 'proxy keeper'. Are there other useful variables?
