SpamAssassin not always works....

hallo
I use SpamAssassin with a PLESK Control Panel.
Very often I receive spam not "worked by" SpamAssassin, can anybody please
explain the reason?

Here a very interesting case: two almost equal mails, one worked by
SpamAssassin and one not... Why???

I think you are right. Perhaps you can help me further... I must tell what
is (presumably) wrong to the people that are running my site
(trustywebhosting.com). Could you please be a little more specific, because
they are not so good with SpamAssassin... or you can also tell me that what
you have said is enough... I too am not good with SpamAssassin!

trustywebhosting.com says that these info are good, aber only for
cpanel/linux servers... and my site is on
windows server 2003 with plesk 8.3. Can you please help again?
