That rule does not match the host in the Received: header. The host
shows up as an IP address.

You could use:

whitelist_auth *@dtdm.tomsk.ru

as the domain has SFP records. Don't forget to enable the
Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugins::SPF plugin if you use the above.
