md5 checksums for Solaris express
Has anyone who has downloaded Solaris express for x86, build 36, DVD
images like to tell me the checksums you get.
The files are:
sol-nv-b36-x86-dvd-iso-a.zip
sol-nv-b36-x86-dvd-iso-b.zip
sol-nv-b36-x86-dvd-iso-c.zip
sol-nv-b36-x86-dvd-iso-d.zip
sol-nv-b36-x86-dvd-iso-e.zip
So far I have only downloaded sol-nv-b36-x86-dvd-iso-a.zip, but I get:
sparrow /downloads % md5 sol-nv-b36-x86-dvd-iso-a.zip
f7ef98f6e4e84ff214f43b212d53f7bd sol-nv-b36-x86-dvd-iso-a.zip
A google on that checksum did not reveal anything, so I am wondering if
it is right.
I obviously don't want to create a DVD if it is corrupt.
Anyone know the checksum of the DVD itself, after unzipping and using cat?
I won't add my usual gripe about wishing Sun would make checksums
available.

I can give you the full iso, but not the zips if that helps.

Still looks like 4/06 (build 36) at what I thought was the Solaris
Express download site:
(site.http://www.sun.com/software/solaris/solaris-express/get.jsp)
What URL are you referring to? Thanks.

This is the latest Solaris Express, but is not Open Solaris.

Actually, as of this hour, the SPARC ISOs are for build 39,
but the MD5 "checksums" are for the build 38 images :-(.
