There is a new version of VirtualBox available for download: As usual you find it at the virtualbox.org website. Most of the changes are bugfixes as stated by the change log but there is a notable exception:
VMM: allow 64-bit SMP guests on 32-bit hosts (VT-x and AMD-V only; does not apply to Mac OS X, which already supports it)
