Industry's First Cloud Standard

The Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) announced at [URL="http://www.snwusa.com/"]SNW Spring 2010[/URL] , the formal approval
of the [URL="http://cdmi.sniacloud.com/"]Cloud Data Management
Interface (CDMI)[/URL] as a SNIA Architecture standard. This milestone
marks the first industry-developed open standard;for cloud computing
and will allow for interoperable cloud storage implementations from
cloud service providers and storage vendors.
