Nope.
The 'snmpconf' tree cpntains the configuration files
for the 'snmpconf' tool, which is used to *generate*
conf files for individual tools.
So the file you edited is part of a *template* for
trap handling.
The file to edit (or create) would be something like
/usr/share/snmp/snmptrapd.conf
