    snmptrap -v 2c -c public host2 '' 1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.5

    What is the problem?

    This does not make sense since the OID is not identifying a
    notification (1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.5 = SNMPv2-MIB::snmpTraps).
