$ man snmpcmd
-r retries
Specifies the number of retries to be used in the requests. The
default is 5.

Instead of using the directive "informsink"
try with
trapsess -v 2c -c public -Ci -r 105 {destination}

Basically, the "trapsess" directive can take any of the
standard command-line options, and effectively acts
in the same way as the "snmptrap" command.
