I'm about to install a Linux server with Fedora core 3 as a file server
using Samba.

I don't know much about the different types of Linux filesystems
besides JFS. I have a AIX background.

I would like to have suggestions on which type I should use for
filesystems dedicaded for file serving (Samba). Or it doesn't really
matter. I would be looking for i/o performance of course and probably
ease of use.

Right now I know them by name only: ext3, reiser ...

Thanks for your help.
