  1. Samba 3.0.10 and Win98 Issues?

I remember reading something about this some time ago but now that I'm
experiencing it I cannot locate it. Oh Well. Perhaps one of you can help?

We have upgraded to this latest version and for the most part it seems to
work well (its installed on RH8). Our Win98 PC's can SEE the shares and
actually connect (via map network drive). All looks well. But then, when
we try to access something on the mapped drive (the share) we only get a
    "file not found" message box.

We do NOT, however, experience this with WinXP. That works just fine.

Any ideas/suggestions as to what might be wrong? Might this have been
    addressed in version 3.0.11?

    Suggestions anyone?

    Thanks

Suggest to try "use spnego = no" and "use sendfile = no" in your smb.conf.
