I got a dfs root working on samba 3 just fine, but would like to use
it to point to user home dirs on a windows server that are in the format
of \\server\user$
Is there a way I can do a single dfs link that will resolve the username
in the path? I already tried...
ln -s msdfs:server\\%U$ home
.... hoping I'd get lucky and samba would resolve %U before doing the
referal, but didn't work!
Are there any other ways to do this?
