I need to implement profiles at my small organization. We have Windows 2000
and XP computers. We use Linux file servers so I don't have the Windows
Server tools available. What standalone applications are available for
creating the profiles prior to putting them onto a server?

Are there any good beginner resources on the web that explain implementing
profiles?
