increasing the number of files locked at a given time.

Using SuSE 8.2, with Samba 2.2.7, we're starting to see
/var/lib/samba/lock.tdb errors.
It looks like we've exceeded file locking limits.

Are we able to move or change the limit or number of file locks possible?
