Default Autoboot failure Tezro system

I get the following error when I try to boot my SGI Tezro

autoboot failed.
dksc(0,1,0)unix: no such file or directory
When I click "CONTINUE" I go to the main Menu
1) Start System
2) Install system software
3) Run Diagnostics
4) Recover system
5)Enter Command Monitor
6) Select Keyboard Layout

When I select Recover system, It asks me to insert the CD in the CDROM drive. I insert the CD labeled "Installation tools and overlays [1 of 3]. After that I am unable to continue. Could somebody help. How do I go to miniroot etc. etc.
