Posted this on a few other boards and never thought to look here.

I started risc.cc over 3 years ago under the domain FaqU.org as a
picture/help site. I decided recently
to start it up again with a new interface and forums. We also have a
marketplace forum now so you can post your for
sale or want to buy information in another location for more luck!

Take a look, sign up for a free account to post on the boards and start
asking questions and or posting
howto's.

As a side note, I am doing my best to update the static content daily so it
isn't so.. static.
