I have seen similar problems in a group of 19 SGI computers, 16 of which are
running 6.5.22, 2 at 6.5.18 and one at 6.5.16. I have just reverted to
patchSG0005526 and the problem seems to have been cleared.

Is there a way to obtain patchSG0005526 from SGI at this point? Or do
they pull old patches once patches that replace them are released?
