Yep, several of us have the same issue with 6.5.22.
Someone else posted success with 6.5.21...

Yep, it is actually a known issue at sgi, I filed a support ticket and
it was already a knon issue:

"Yes is a known issue and a bug report was written this morning.
As soon as I see what patch will replace this one, I will send
email to you."

I'm sure we'll see a fix very quickly...

I noticed that the info file for patchSG0005424 now includes the
following:

Relations

This patch has no known incompatibilities
This patch is replaced by the following patches:
5473, 5474

So it would appear that replacement patches are on the way.
