I need some help today. I've been unsuccessfully trying to upgrade from
6.5.21f to 6.5.22f. The upgrade goes as expected with no errors. When
shutting down the system, the shutdown hangs and the reset button needs to
be pressed. Then when doing the startup, all looks fine. I can get to
single user mode, but when I get to multi-user mode the monitor goes blank
and never comes up. The system is working because mail is received. There
are no hardware-type messages in the SYSLOG. Everything works fine except
there is no signal to the monitors on either graphics card. Any thoughts
would be appreciated.

What I've tried so far:

resetenv

Opened case: 2491700

Loading all the disks and doing an install same

Created a new disk and installed new sash and other vh files

Forced a reload of the graphics parts of the OS:
