Problem with Mozilla 1.5 and IRIX 6.5.22

I have upgraded my SGI's to IRIX 6.5.22m and now Mozilla gives :

moz_run_program[36]: 721449 Memory fault(coredump)

Any ideas why? I have tried a build from source and also downloaded a
pre-compiled version. Both give the memory fault?
