All,
A drive that was part of a striped XLV RAID volume was accidentally fx'd.
No file system was written to the disk. xlv_mgr now shows the following:

Rejecting partition /dev/rdsk/dks2d1s7. Data ve should have partition type
xlv.

VOL xlv0 (missing unique piece) (node=silver)
VE xlv0.data.0.0 [incomplete]
start=0, end=525131775, (stripe)grp_size=8, stripe_unit_size=128
NULL
/dev/dsk/dks2d2l2s7 (65641472 blks)
/dev/dsk/dks2d3s7 (65641472 blks)
/dev/dsk/dks2d4l2s7 (65641472 blks)
/dev/dsk/dks3d1s7 (65641472 blks)
/dev/dsk/dks3d1l2s7 (65641472 blks)
/dev/dsk/dks3d3s7 (65641472 blks)
/dev/dsk/dks3d4l2s7 (65641472 blks)

Is there any way to rewrite the volume header info and get the XLV back with
all the data without having to recreate it and restore all the data from
backup?
Thanks,
Bob
