    it is possible to configure sshd in that way that a ssh connection do
    only a port forwarding and the user have no possibility to act on the
    server. (User should not allow to make file-cp with scp, no bash , no
    possibility to execute programs, ...) Only Port forwarding (exp.
    Port 80) to other Server.

    Perhaps "lshell?" http://freshmeat.net/projects/lshell/
