openserver 5.0.7 crashes evey one hour and 38 minutes

SCO openserver 5.0.7 fully updated (patches and supplements) crashes every 1
hr and 38 mins ONLY WHEN IS ON LINE. Any thoughts-ideas-SOLUTION will be
greatly appreciated...

That's the famous 98-minute crash bug. No, wait, there's no such
thing.

If there's a prize for a flat-out guess, maybe a DNS conflict or a
DHCP renewal issue.

You will want to check the /usr/adm/syslog and /usr/adm/messages file
for clues.
Heck, check any log in /usr/adm that is being updated.
There may also be clues in mail.
