How many CPUs have you licensed? See TA #111842 at
    http://wdb1.sco.com/kb/search.

    Omar,

You need to purchase a license for each additional physical CPU
or alternatively look at the price of upgrading to OpenServer 6 where
    you
will get 4 CPUs and 10 Users licensed by default as part of the
    upgrade.
