Are there somewhere gcc 3.x binaries for unixware available/downloadable ?

Not currently. However, I am working on a port of 4.0.2 and 4.1.0 that
will soon become available (for all 3 platforms).

I am realy intersted on your gcc binaries.
I have tried to compile gcc 3.3 and 3.4, but had a lot of problems with
a relocation error from the "as".
