    Hi

Is it possible and how to change the systemid of SCO 5.0.4 ?

This systemid is in the /etc/systemid-file and
it also can be shown by the hostname-command.

I can not find any place or command to do that..

Or have i to resinstall all the system ?

Good . It seems to work in SCO 5.0.4.

But what about SCO 5.0.7 ?
That may be easier to do in SCO 5.0.7 ?

Works for me in 507. There are two other places you may want to update
    as well:

    /var/opt/K/SCO/Unix/5.0.7Hw/sa/backup/sched/
    /var/opt/K/SCO/Unix/5.0.7Hw/sa/backup/
