    Hi Chris,

Yes, it's nice to see yet another SSD. But it's different.

Psion SSD = Solid State Disk
Sandisk SSD = Solid State Drive

It would be nice, but unneccesary to have a 32 GB SSD in a Psion Series 3.
Have you ever tried to get the 8Mb SSD's? They aren't cheap and hard to get.
Also how to find enough software to put on this card?

    Many Psiongreetings,

    Richard van Stappershoef

Yes. However even die hard Psion enthusiasts have to admit there is
something of a difference between a 32KB flash drive, and a 32GB one.

Yeah? And that would be exactly what?

  5. Re: SSD - the way forward!

and how is psion going to write on it? It has hardware for flash
writing, with all its speed limits etc. Even the high speed CF cards
for use in fast cameras do not work faster in psion, since the
hardware is not supposed to feed such devices.
