Byron,
Yes, you can get the EPOC emulator from Psion. I'm not sure about it running
under Win 95 but it does on higher versions of Windows. Assuming you are
only using it read and modify backed up data, you should use the Java
version since it's the smallest (although by no means small at 16mb). You
can get it at

have to register but it's free. There's some excellent information about how
