    I have same error.

The libraries are in /usr/lib64/samba/. So I created a file
    /etc/ld.so.conf.d/samba-3.2.0-x86_64.conf with one line:

    /usr/lib64/samba

Run ldconfig and that's ok :-)

This looks like a package error, not like a genuine samba problem.

Could you please report your problems to samba@sernet.de !

    Thanks in advance - Michael
