We only strip attachments on the samba list. Not the tech
list I think.

Yeah. But it's a paper trail for us to point back at and
show that submitters agreed to the include their code under
that license.

I'll go ahead and start reviewing the patches so at least
that is out of the way. Will be Monday before I get time
thought I think.
