In order to track some strange system crashes I was recomended the netdump

I found the netdump-server rpm from my fedora system. But I just cannot lay
my hands on the client for netdump.
I tried yum searches from both my RHEL and FC9 systems but I just cannot
find one. Anybody knows more about this?
