  1. Log sent by email !!

    Hi,

I just have my sendmail up and running.
But now, I have some emails as LOG files, everyday, giving me the status
    of my machine !!??!?!
    error access....
Who tried to connect as ssh...

I've never asked for that ??
Which application is sending me this ? (sent to ROOT )
(That seems to be on default configuration on CentOSv5)

If somebody can give me a clue... I would be able to investigate.. and
    eventually, to stop it)

    Thanks

Or at least, I would like that the system send the email to somebody
    else..... NOT root

Yep, edit the logwatch.conf and change the email to your email address. Then
up the logging to medium for more detail (I have mine set to high). It
    defaults to low.
