Which kernel are you using? It should work with the 2.6.22 kernel which
is the current FC6 kernel, it won't work with a 2.6.18 which is what you
get with a fresh install of FC6. If you have an old PCI ethernet card
laying around plug it in and then do an update. If you don't then just
download 2.6.22 kernel and put it on the machine using a FLASH key.

Fedora 7 should work out of the box.
