Fedora 3 +resolv.conf - Redhat

This is a discussion on Fedora 3 +resolv.conf - Redhat ; A friend is having a problem with Fedora 3 and resolv.conf. When he configures his network all is fine. If he reboots, resolv.conf is empty and he has to reconfigure. Any suggestions???...

    this are the nameservers right ?

    This configuration you can do in the network administration. So this could
    fix this ....

    Anouther way is to try chmod a-w on resolv.conf :-)
