    Yogeshk,

    Did you try to compile without any changes?

    Kind regards,

    Jan Gerrit

    P.S. RH 8.0 is very old, you know?

    I think the last line suggest that s/he won't even be around to watch any
    replies posted to UseNet... the fact that it sounds like it could be
    someone's school assignment/homework aside...

    (1) Delete lines 3-34 in the Makefile
    (2) Insert the following lines after line 17 (which used to be line 51,
    before step (1):

    CFLAGS=-I ${KENT}/src/inc -I ${KENT}/src/hg/inc
    L = -lm ${MYSQLLIBS}
    MYLIBDIR = ${KENT}/src/lib/${MACHTYPE}
    MYLIBS = ${MYLIBDIR}/jkhgap.a ${MYLIBDIR}/jkweb.a

    (3) Now recompile using a binary "A" compiler, with flags set to "stun",
    "Amp Up", and "Trinary Mizzen Stantion"
    (4) Don't forget to mv a.out to b.in! This should be done before step (1)!
    (5) Re-address the remaining Makefile space by partitioning into a
    BSD/Linux crossover adressing scheme, and use the remaining space to
    re-link the compiler output.

    I think that will do it!
