configure network card

Hi all,

does anyone know how to configure the network card from within a MFC
app. i have used IP Helper to add IP address and subnet mask but i
need to define the gateway, dns server and ideally the host name.

i hope someone can help.

i have configured all but the host name now, does anyone know how to do
this without editing the registry?
