    Hi,

You are assuming that there is just one user per IP address
which is not true, even for Windows 9x. In general this is
impossible, simply because, there are no relationship between
a user and an IP address. A user can logon into many machines,
and a machine can have many users logged on at the same time.

Moreover, the IP address is bound to a server name generally,
it is not bound to a specific user name.
