[Proftpd-user] configuration with includes

hi,

i managed a proftp server with about 400 users with rights (<limit>). the
size of the limit tags is over 100kb. if i include all limit tags, the
proftp-deamon is after the login very slowly for one minute.

view month ago i found a webpage for a better performance. the tipp was to
write the limits for every user in a separate file and include this file in
the proftpd.conf like "include proftpd.%u.include". Since the last version
of proftpd this hack don't run.

Have anyone an idea or a other solution for a better performance?
