Hi TJ,

Thanks for the reply. I removed the passphrase from the cert the minute I c=
reated the key. Followed the directions from modssl.org

It is the client that is prompting me to accept the cert. When starting up =
the proftpd daemon, I don't actually get prompted to provide a passphrase. =
If I accept the cert on the client end, I can conduct actions without any i=
ssues.

I'm just hoping that the prompt to accept the cert doesn't appear at all co=
nsidering it is a valid cert from a trusted CA.

The prompt has nothing to do with what CA was used, and everything to do
with the fact that a passphrase is used to protect the cert.
