Hi,
Can any one guide be when the the windows l2tp client requests an
assigned tunnle id (SCCRQ) to windows 2k server, which has been already
allocated by server to different client. How will the server respond,
it will allow the connection to create or send any ctl msg to change
the tunnle id.

can any one give an hint is it possible to instruct the windows l2tp
clinet to request a tunnel id x in SCCRQ to server, or else it will be
automatic
