i start pppd with: pppd call verat

    this is from verat:

    /dev/modem
    115200
    crtscts
    defaultroute
    connect '/usr/sbin/chat -v -f /etc/ppp/chat-verat'

    this is from chat-verat:

    ABORT 'NO CARIER'
    ABORT 'BUSY'
    "" "AT"
    OK "ATX3"
    OK "ATM1L1"
    OK "ATDT042110011"
    "ogin:" "mylogin"
    "sword:" "mypassword"

As i understand my peer recive lcp paket from my ISP and send message
(ConfNak) that it is wrong packet (whit error) or it can't receive it
    now.I tried with lcp-echo-interval from 30 to 90 but no success.I also
try whit silent and passive opitons but again no success.

    Any ideas?

    ps:sorry for bad english

The ABORT 'NO CARIER' should be replaced with ABORT 'NO CARRIER in the
    chat script.

The remote isn't running PPP, the one "rcvd" is an echo of the first
request pppd sent, probably from a prompt or menu. The login may be only
for special access, not PPP. If you are *sure* the login is appropriate
then contact the ISP and find what you need to expect and send (with chat)
after login completes in order to start PPP there.

You should be able to at least find out whether it's a prompt or menu
at the other end using minicom.

Otherwise try configuring pppd with the option "user "
    and add the line

    * *

to both /etc/ppp/{pap,chap}-secrets. Also replace the last two lines
in the chat script with "CONNECT \c" (without the quotes).

Note the same magic in the conf request coming back as you sent. You are
    talking to yourself.

]As i understand my peer recive lcp paket from my ISP and send message

The peer never received anything. You are talking to yourself. The peer
is simply reflecting your messages back to you unaltered.

Why are you loggin in? almost no ISP wants that.

I suggest you read and follow

Fine, this time your ISP DID launch ppp . The last time it did not.
Again almost no isp wants you to log in. Rather they want you to do

    ATDT9991234 CONNECT '\d\c'
    as the last commands.
Anyway, a weirdness-- they ask for asyncmap ffffffff. Since they do ,
you should as well. This may well indicate a problem in their system.
    Put
    asyncmap ffffffff

I recommend initializing the modem with "AT&F", so that you always
start from a known set of defaults.

    > Feb 15 11:36:39 dinara pppd[761]: rcvd [LCP ConfReq id=0x1
    > ]

Uh, oh. It looks like the peer is garbage. It's asking for the
default for both MRU and asyncmap, even though there's just *never*
any valid reason to ask for the default.

    I would run away. :-/

    > Feb 15 11:36:39 dinara pppd[761]: sent [LCP ConfReq id=0x1
    > ]

Why are you asking for an MRU of 542? Lose that option until you're
*certain* it's what you want to do. Start with a simple, working
    configuration, and then break it with options. ;-}

Since the peer is asking for asyncmap 0xffffffff, you might as well
    add that to your configuration.

    > Feb 15 11:36:39 dinara pppd[761]: rcvd [IPCP ConfReq id=0x2 > VJ 0f 00> ]

Oooh, warning! The peer has VJ header compression, but is not capable
of doing VJ slot compression. This is a common signature of a
bug-ridden implementation, though it's not _absolutely_ certain.

You should at least do "novjccomp", and you might want to consider
doing "novj" instead as this doesn't bode well.

    > Feb 15 11:36:39 dinara pppd[761]: rcvd [LCP ProtRej id=0x3 80 fd 01 01
    > 00 0f 1a 04 78 00 18 04 78 00 15 03 2f]

The peer doesn't do CCP. Might as well do "noccp".

    > etc .... But after 3 to 4 minutes connection lost. Also i didnt get DNS
    > IP.

You never asked for DNS addresses. You have to ask with the
    "usepeerdns" option.

    > I am using intel536ep modem.Maybe it's something wrong whit it.So i

If those are Winmodems, you're on your own. "Winmodems" aren't
actually modems. They're just fancy D/A-A/D converters with all the
actual modem software implemented on the system itself. Since that
software is usually quite proprietary and not released as source, and
since the Linux kernel doesn't have the binary-level stability one
might hope for, using a Winmodem is usually an accident looking for a
    place to happen.

As for the hang-ups, nothing you've posted (other than the possible
modem initialization bits in the chat script and the hint that this
might not be a real modem) points to any problems that would lead to a
hang-up. It doesn't appear to be a PPP issue.
