Recv LCP Terminate-Request: id=1, len=4

Summary: Everything looks pretty normal. The initial response would have
to be that the userid or password are incorrect. If there was something
else wrong with the PAP Authenticate-Request, you wouldn't likely get a
PAP Authenticate-Nak in response, followed by the LCP Terminate-Request.

Even so, this is the very point where you'd be enabling the ACCM, which
is often an issue. You might check that (maybe try setting your ACCM
to 0xffffffff?). I don't think it'll make much difference, but that's
usually where to start when LCP worked and nothing else does.

Good luck!
