Seeking/offering PGP public key signing in Rochester & Toronto
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
I will be visiting Toronto, ON (Canada), and Rochester (US) during the
second week of October, and would be interested in cross-signing PGP public
keys while I'm in town.
If you have a PGP public key that you would like signed, or would like to
sign mine, please do the following:
1. Retrieve my public key, 0x3621AAFE, from your favorite keyserver,
or directly from my web site (http://www.panix.com/~gp/pgpkey.txt).
The latter may be more useful, as some public copies of my key have
been "tainted" by the PGP Global Directory fiasco (key 0xCA57AD7C).
2. Send me an encrypted message, signed with your public key, which
must be retrievable from some public site. It would be helpful
if you quote some part of this message, so that I know what you're
3. After I reply, we can arrange to verify each others' identities
(a government-issued identification card will be sufficient).
If you have no idea what I'm talking about, and would like to learn more
about GnuPG, you can visit the GnuPG web site at <http://www.gnupg.org/>.
