You could perhaps revert to 6.5.8, which includes a command line
tool. Or, if I recall, pgp.com has a command line version
available. I seem to recall that it is version 8.5, and that it
would cost me far more than I could justify.
Or install gnupg. The command line you are using above looks like a
gnupg command line except for the "pgp" in place of "gpg". You can
possibly configure gnupg to use your PGP desktop keyrings, although
that might cause some file locking problems.
