Imad's ckt builds are unauthorized. At the most, they should be
considered freeware, and are clearly not licensed for commercial use.
Some people think that having a properly licensed PGP version somehow
makes it okay to use them for commercial purposes, and some people even
report having been told this my low level PGP employees - but PGP
officials have not wanted ckt builds around, and I think believing that
is some kind of wishful thinking.

They're released under the same licsense as the original 6.5.8 freeware
release. IIRC this means you can use them privately or academicaly but not
if you are profiting from their use.
Whether Imad has the authority to liscence them as such is, of course,
    another question.
