  1. MemoryMgr.c, line:3654, Free handle in Tungsten C (PalmOS 5)

    Hello,

My father's Tungsten C (PalmOS 5) is crashing like crazy (started a few days ago). We tried running
Filez (to clear Web* files from what I read online is not possible since it gives the error here too)
and AvantAgo will give "MemoryMgr.c, line:3654, Free handle" errors.

How do I fix this? I am new to PDA since I never owned one before so please keep it newbie friendly.

    Thank you in advance.

Does he have the latest OS update.
I started getting this problem on my T-C and it went away when I applied
    this update.

I didn't catch whether there was a description of when/how the error
appears, but it is very possibly something related to Documents To Go,
if the user has that application installed. There is a simple fix
described on the www.dataviz.com support site, which involves deleting
and reinstalling the handheld version of Documents To Go.

Yep, that fixed it. No other ways out.

AFAIK, he doesn't have this or use this program.
