    I can't get gpilot to work on FC3 with a 2.6.11.5 kernel. I've done the
    following, Created

    /etc/udev/permissions.d/10-visor.permissions
    ttyUSB1:$local:uucp:0660

    /etc/udev/rules.d/1--visor.rules KERNEL="ttyUSB1"
    SYMLINK="pilot"

    Under Evolution I've brought up pilot settings, selected
    /dev/pilot (I've also tried /dev/ttyUSB1), hit the hot sync button on the
    cable, and then tried to do an initial sync. Nothing happens. The kernel
    sees the Treo,

    Might be better of posting to a Linux ng? Look for one for the Linux
    version you are using.
